• liz-mooreI have been competing in national and international body building and fitness competitions for the past 8 years. Intensive sports training is an intrinsic part of my life and as with any intensive sports programme, the body is put under a huge amount of physical stress and requires physiotherapy for general maintenance of the muscles and joints.

There is only one person I trust to assist me with rehabilitation and that's Cheryl Stacey aka "Magic Hands". Cheryl is incredibly professional and thorough in her approach with most ailments being treated within 2 sessions. When it comes to health, I highly recommend Milner, Stacey and Associates as a medical practice that offers the highest standard of customer-centric service to their clients.

  • I dislocated my shoulder playing sport and wasn't sure about being able to rehab it completely. Through weekly visits with Dee at Cresta and daily exercises that I was given, I was able to fully recover, and correct the postural imbalances that caused the dislocation. Very friendly, helpful and professional.
  • I would recommend Milner, Stacey & Associates to anyone looking for a proficient, time-flexible and conscientious physiotherapist.

Their holistic approach to assessing and treating patients is what attracts me most to this practice. You don’t feel like a “number” when you walk through their doors, but rather an individual who is truly cared for.
  • I've had a lot of physiotherapy done at Milner, Stacey & Associates. The first thing they worked on was swimming related injuries on my arm and lower back. By using various techniques including acupuncture (I'm usually scared of needles but these weren’t sore at all) they managed to fix all my sports injuries.

Then Cheryl started working on my tummy to release the scarring from my caesarean and hysterectomy operations, that were done over 10 years ago. This has made a huge difference to my lower back, so I don't have any more pain. I am also able to work on my core abdominal muscles, as I can now feel them.

I would really recommend this to anyone who has had any abdominal surgery done.
  • I have been a patient of Cheryl's for the past 13 years. In this time she has treated me for a variety of aches and pains and kept me up and running...well walking at least.

I have been fortunate enough to avoid surgery to my knees from treatment I have received this year. She treats my body better than I do!
